Halcyon came to us with a clear product and a fuzzy story. We spent the first two weeks listening: to the founders, to customers and to the people who make the thing.

What we made

Identity, packaging and a launch film for a small audio maker that builds speakers by hand. Every piece was designed as part of one system, so the team can keep building after we leave.

Outcome

The work launched on time and has held up since. The team now ships new assets in days instead of weeks, using templates we built with them.
